What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Verify, respond to, and dispatch on emergency signals
Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
Process basic data changes to customer accounts
Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
Work weekend, holiday, and shift hours with possible mandatory overtime

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
One to three months related experience or training/certification preferred
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and be flexible

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

0-2 years of experience in a related field
Certification in emergency response or dispatch services
