Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Live Chat Assistant at Social Sales Rep LLC. The Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers and providing real-time assistance and support through online chat platforms. They will also handle inquiries, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed. In addition, the Live Chat Assistant will maintain chat records, monitor chat conversations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

? Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms
