In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and information
? Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
? Process orders, returns, and exchanges
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
? Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
? Stay current on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

Requirements
? Previous customer service experience preferred
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Proficient computer skills... including knowledge of CRM software
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
