? *Position Overview**
? Full-time, benefit eligible position
? Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
? $500 sign-on bonus for initial sign-on and additional $500 for Qualified Mental Health Professionals
? *Essential Functions**
? Clinical Service Provision*
? Provide individual and group education services based on client's needs and goals
? Assist clients in developing Wellness Plans and accessing necessary services
? Offer support in various areas including daily living skills, employment, and maintaining wellness
? Collaborate with an Integrated Health Team to ensure holistic care for clients
? Maintain documentation and compliance with company guidelines
? Integrated Health Team*
? Communicate with team members to coordinate client care effectively
? Make referrals to additional services as needed
? Serve as a liaison to support clients' treatment goals
? Miscellaneous*
? Seek culturally competent services for clients
? Assist with transportation when needed
? Perform other duties as assigned
? *Requirements**
? High School/GED required
? Associates or bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred
? Relevant experience working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
? Valid driver's license and automobile coverage required
