We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat

? Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

? Provide product and service information to customers

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents

? Document customer interactions and update records in our database

? Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

? Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs

Requirements:

? 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support

? Excellent communication... typing, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to work independently in a remote setting

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

? Proficiency in chat software and technology

? High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
