Responsibilities
? Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
? Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability
? Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating to higher levels when necessary
? Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
? Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
? Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to best assist customers

Requirements
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
? Outstanding customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping people
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
? Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, with a positive and empathetic attitude
? Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as required.

PAY RANGE : $20.19 - $31.71 Hourly - Full Time
