Rockwell Automation is seeking a motivated and driven Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards making informed purchasing decisions
• Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to customer problems and addressing their needs effectively
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role
• Motivated and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
• Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
