What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Recruit for community positions, focusing on front-line roles
? Identify talent and build applicant pipelines through various outreach methods
? Coordinate and advertise recruitment events like job fairs
? Maintain a passive applicant pool and keep hiring managers informed of viable candidates
? Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legal hiring practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
? Previous training experience highly desired
? Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
? Strong written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a healthcare recruiting environment
? Knowledge of various recruitment job boards and platforms
? Strong sourcing background and ability to manage multiple priorities
? Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities
