As an Associate Healthcare Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our healthcare analysis team by collecting, interpreting, and presenting healthcare data that drives critical business decisions and enhances healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare data from a variety of sources. Use statistical techniques and tools to identify and interpret trends and patterns in the data, providing meaningful insights.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and create visualizations to effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders. Your work will support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams?including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals?to understand data needs and provide recommendations that are both actionable and aligned with organizational goals.
Research: Stay informed on the latest healthcare trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to enhance your analyses and support your recommendations.
Data Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our data by implementing quality control processes. Address and resolve any data-related issues to ensure reliable results.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare analytics role or a related field. However, we also welcome entry-level candidates who have relevant internships or project experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) is essential. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Analytical Skills: You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, particularly when it comes to presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is necessary for successful data analysis and reporting.
Team Player: You should be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
