What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs and policies
? Handle 60-100 incoming and outgoing calls per day
? Maintain department standard audit error rate and not ready time of 25% or less
? Schedule appointments accurately while ensuring the highest level of customer service
? Report directly to the Registration Manager and Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
? Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in registration processes
? Compliance with attendance policies and departmental standards
