Interact with customers via live chat, providing answers and solutions to their questions and concerns. Utilize a prepared document to respond to common inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Work under the guidance of a supervisor to address more complex issues or questions. Requirements:

Must have a device with internet access capable of handling social media and website chat functionalities (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop).
Can work independently while following detailed instructions and guidelines.
Available to work 20 to 40 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.
Skills/Background:

No previous experience in chat support required; you will receive all necessary training to excel in this role.
Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, excellent communicators, and eager to learn.
Location: Completely remote, with a preference for individuals in the United States.
