In this role, you'll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Director of Business Operations. Your responsibilities will include managing data, overseeing logistics, and assisting with operations to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Administer operating and software systems
Manage data entry and database upkeep
Support Safety, Fleet, and HR with reporting and data management
Assist with compliance tasks related to HR, Safety, and Fleet
Handle Workers' Compensation administration
Travel as needed (10-20%)
Qualifications
Strong technical and business knowledge
Excellent data management and time management skills
Preferred Skills
Proficient in data entry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Experience in Human Resources
Focus on process improvement and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools
Basic understanding of utility construction processes and terminology
Proven success in remote work environments
