Call Center Agent - Remote / Office

Key Responsibilities...
? Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner.
? Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

? Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Previous experience in a call center environment preferred. ? Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals. ? Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. ? Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including evenings and weekends.
