? Resolve assigned claims accurately, timely, and fairly.
? Act as the primary point of contact to investigate first party homeowner property losses.
? Effectively communicate with policyholders, agents, and service providers.
? Manage pending claims at varying stages in the claims process.
? Interpret and apply details of an insurance policy.
? Understand computer generated loss estimates and construction terminology.
? Update and maintain comprehensive claim handling notations.
Requirements: ? Proven track record of handling represented claims and homeowner property losses. ? Previous field adjusting and/or construction experience is extremely valuable. ? Solid technical background with an excellent understanding of loss estimating and homeowner policy coverages. ? Comfortable working in a metrics driven claims environment. ? Excellent communication and follow up skills. ? Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively. ? Licensed or eligible for licensing as an adjuster in TX, FL, NY, MA, and AL.
