Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address each student's unique needs. ? Provide individualized and small group instruction to students with disabilities. ? Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive educational experience. ? Track and assess students' academic and behavioral progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional strategies. ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and behavior. ? Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss students' progress and any necessary interventions. ? Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master?s degree preferred. ? Valid Texas Teaching License with Special Education certification. ? Experience teaching students with a range of disabilities and learning challenges. ? Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills. ? Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
