As a Remote Customer Service Representative Intern, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: ? Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required). ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude. ? Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ? Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and customer support tools. ? A reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
