? Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all communications.
? Accurately submit CRM tickets to ensure effective issue resolution.
Qualifications: ? MUST have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience. ? Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. ? Proven ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions. ? Experience with CRM systems is a plus. ? Immediate availability with the ability to complete certification within 24 hours.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
