Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing data analysis
Stay up to date on new technologies and conduct research as necessary
Support integration of new data sources into the data warehouse
Collaborate with departmental leaders to facilitate data-driven decisions
Solve complex business problems with analytically derived solutions

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent related experience
Three to five years' experience in an analytics role at a financial institution
Three to five years' experience in data analysis using SQL
Three to five years' experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions)

Knowledge of relational database design, querying, data modeling, and data warehouse
Advanced data gathering and data analytic skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent decision-making skills
Team player
