Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Virtual Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing speech therapy services remotely and possess a deep understanding of various speech and language disorders. This role involves working with clients via telehealth platforms to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders. ? Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs. ? Provide ongoing therapy sessions and monitor client progress. ? Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. ? Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in speech therapy and telehealth.

Qualifications: ? Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. ? Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ? Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. ? Proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with specific speech and language disorders (e.g., articulation disorders, fluency disorders). ? Certification in a specialized area of speech therapy. ? Previous experience working in a virtual or remote setting.
