What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Research and analyze incoming inquiries, using relevant systems and reference materials to effectively resolve issues
? Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary for appropriate handling
? Make outgoing calls to obtain information and conduct thorough research
? Stay updated on company, industry, and regulatory changes to identify business conservation and expansion opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Strong communication, decision-making, analytical, and human relations skills
? Proficient in oral and written communication, with demonstrated telephone skills
? Consistent attendance adherence to department and company expectations
? Basic understanding of computer systems and proficient keyboarding skills
? Detail-oriented individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking
