Customer Service Representative

This position requires 4 weeks of in-person training at our Wading River, NY office, Mon Fri 8am-12pm. After the training period the position is work-from-home.

The shift for this position:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm

Responsibilities: ? Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers ? Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies ? Assist customers with order placement and scheduling ? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner ? Maintain customer records and update information as needed ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction ? Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback ? Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently with attention to detail ? Communicating with customers, answering calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads. ? Prepare and email estimates

Experience:
? Previous experience in a customer service role is required
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
? Proficient in using Windows, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
