Position Responsibilities: ? Adheres to the Hub's merchandising guidelines and maintains its overall appearance ? Prioritizes the safety of the work environment, which entails enforcing the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and conducting business in accordance with established company policies and loss prevention guidelines ? Conduct a thorough review of the hard parts and feeder region to verify that they are safe and secure ? Guarantees the timely and proper restocking of stores' returns on route deliveries ? The main objective is to uphold exceptional levels of quality control, precision, and order fulfillment, with a target fill rate of 99 percent ? The incorporation of ZNET is highly beneficial in helping customers locate merchandise or find acceptable substitutes ? Facilitates timely placement of incoming returns
Position Requirements: ? Obtaining a High School Diploma or equivalent certification is a crucial step in pursuing higher education or entering the workforce ? An understanding of car parts is essential ? Exemplary communication and decision-making capabilities ? Aptitude to heave, transfer, and drop off products ? Having the ability to adapt one's schedule based on the obligations of the company, which may mean working evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
