You will be working in a fast-paced environment with something new every day. You will be working side-by-side with the current members on the team. This is an entry level job opportunity. You... will receive training. This role is 100% onsite. Reliable transportation is required. The bulk of the day will be responding to tickets. You will be supporting users through email, chat, and in person. Expected issues: password resets in active directory, troubleshooting login issues, WiFi connectivity issues, printer support, etc..
