What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor exception reports for order and return issues, addressing problems such as bad addresses and stock shortages
• Provide timely email support to the customer service team regarding order changes and delivery failures
• Communicate with warehouses for updates on shipments, address changes, and fulfillment issues
• Run weekly metrics and scorecard reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Monitor systems for integration failures and manage IT ticket submissions for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of eCommerce experience
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on improving customer experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with NetSuite, including creating and editing sales orders and fulfillment records
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify
