Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary task will be to assist customers by providing product and service information, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries

– Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction

– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:

– Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

– High school degree
