Job Description


Amazon is looking for a dedicated Virtual Customer Support Representative to work from home. As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.)


Responsibilities



  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
