Requirements
– High School Diploma or GED (required)
– Associate or Bachelor?s Degree (preferred)
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role

– Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency

– Provide accurate information and support to customers
– Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
