We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team. As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls, manage customer complaints, and assist in resolving issues. You will also manage the support chatbot through HubSpot to provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities...

Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding sales inquiries, product information, and complaints.

Provide solutions to customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Manage the support chatbot using HubSpot to ensure timely and accurate responses.

Process orders, track customer inquiries, and follow up on pending issues.

Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer support experience.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer support or sales.

Familiarity with HubSpot for managing chatbot and customer interactions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Must be available to work between 8:30 PM PST and 4:00 PM PST.

Preferred:

Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.

Knowledge of the steel manufacturing industry
