Role Overview

As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will:
? Develop and Implement IEPs: Create tailored education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
? Provide Instruction: Deliver engaging virtual lessons across various subjects, adapting to student needs.
? Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
? Collaborate with Families and Educators: Work closely with families and other professionals to support student growth.
? Document Outcomes: Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP updates.

Qualifications
? Education:

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Licensure:

Valid Special Education license in Minnesota.
? Experience:

Prior experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
? Technical Skills:

Proficient in technology for effective remote teaching.
