Who You Are:

We?re looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter (Contractor)with a strong background in sales and account management, coupled with experience in sourcing candidates. You should have a proven track record of success in agency-side recruiting and a desire to learn, grow, and make a significant impact. A positive attitude and strong character are just as important as your skills. We?re seeking individuals motivated to achieve multi-six-figure earnings.

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably on the agency side. ? Understanding of recruiting business development. ? Strong rapport-building skills. ? Excellent organizational abilities. ? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
