What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide peer support services for members facing behavioral health issues and substance dependence
? Serve as a consumer advocate, offering information and resources to clients in various settings
? Assist members in setting and pursuing their recovery goals in collaboration with their treatment team
? Engage with clients remotely, adhering to CST or EST work hours
? Maintain knowledge of community resources and HIPAA regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
? 1 year of experience in Healthcare or Managed Care
? Knowledge of community resources and managed care practices
? Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality rules
? Availability to work CST or EST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Graduate of a two- or four-year allied Health Program
? Experience in a psychiatric unit or facility
? Active and unrestricted Certified Peer Specialist certification
