Work from home customer services assistant
Posted 2025-03-14Pet Flaps UK and Superior Pet Doors have grown in less than 4 years to now be the UK?s largest installers of cat flaps and dog doors and now we are also rapidly becoming the UK?s largest independent online retailer. With all this expansion we need another work from home customer services person. You will be answering customer enquiries by phone and email, sending out quotes and invoices and helping with all aspects of our varied admin.
All our systems are cloud based and this includes sophisticated quotes and invoicing systems, Zoho CRM and cloud-based MS Office. You will have experience of CRMs and MS Office. Our online Pet Flaps Superstore is based on the Shopify platform and experience of Shopify will be a distinct advantage. We recently relocated the operations hub of the business to rural Galloway and from there we manage a UK-wide network of installation fitters. Working from home, you can remain self-employed and your job can be flexible hours around other home commitments and... in line with our customers? needs. The role will include visiting the stores in the village of Corsock near Castle Douglas to despatch customers? orders via couriers and Royal Mail so the successful applicant will need to reside locally and have own transport.
