Pay: $17.00 | Bilingual Spanish $18.00
Hours: Hours vary between 7am-11pm Mon-Sun
Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities: ? Inbound calls only ? Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues. ? Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests ? Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
Requirements: ? 1 year of recent call center experience ? 6 moths of previous remote work experience ? High School diploma/ GED Required ? Complete Bilingual Spanish Test and Basic computer assessment
