Virtual Primary Therapist

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Full-Time Primary Therapist to join our remote Virtual Outpatient program! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. This is a Remote position, but candidates must be located in California.

Flexible Schedule but must have availability Monday - Friday from 9 am - 7 pm

Responsibilities and Duties: ? Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions) ? Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR ? Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups ? Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team ? Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission ? Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator Requirements:

Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.

Experience with DBT or a willingness to learn

Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check

Exceptional clinical judgment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be located in California
