Data Entry Operator- Remote / Office

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and manage large amounts of data into company databases and systems

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records ensuring data integrity and security

• Collaborate with team members and managers to identify and address any data discrepancies or issues

• Strive to meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines

• Continuously suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry tools

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and managers

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address data discrepancies

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
