HTML Form on Wordpress Site Automated to Google Sheet w/ Zapier
Posted 2025-03-14We are seeking an experienced web developer to help fine-tune and optimize an existing HTML order form on our WordPress website. The form is already created and functional but needs refinement and feature adjustments to ensure seamless integration and operation with our workflow.

The order form is connected to Google Sheets using jQuery and JavaScript.
Once the form is submitted, data is sent to Google Sheets.
A Zapier workflow reads the new data row in Google Sheets and triggers actions:
Sends the data to Trello to create job cards.
Sends the data to InvoiceNinja for generating invoices.
This process is operational but requires adjustments to streamline certain details and ensure all steps are functioning as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities:
Review the current form and integration setup.
Fine-tune and optimize the form's functionality, ensuring data submission and workflows work seamlessly.
Ensure smooth and reliable communication between Google Sheets, Trello, and InvoiceNinja via Zapier.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to form submission, data integration, or automation workflows.
Requirements:
Proven experience with HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Experience with Google Sheets integration and automation tools like Zapier.
Familiarity with WordPress environments.
Experience with Trello and InvoiceNinja is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
The form and integration process is already built, so the job will focus on refining and optimizing the existing setup rather than creating a new form from scratch.
