What You'll Do...
? Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
? Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
? Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
? Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.
? Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
? Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

Qualifications: ? Desire to be a part of an organization working to advance the standard of autism therapy ? Master?s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. ? License to practice speech pathology. ? Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs. ? Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams. ? Ability to connect and engage with young children.

The salary for Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows is $73,000.
