In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that each interaction reflects the company?s commitment to excellence and leaves a long lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
? Deliver exceptional support through phone, chat, and email, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product suggestions.
? Guide customers in navigating the website, assisting with product searches and the ordering process.
? Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
? Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to better assist customers.
? Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Friendly and professional demeanor.
? Knowledge of CRM systems a plus.
