Entry Level - Customer Service

Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media ? Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed ? Troubleshoot product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner ? Document all interactions and update customer records accurately ? Meet or exceed performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes ? Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team ? Proficiency in technology, including cloud-based software and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) ? Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
