- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage records across various system areas including Juvenile Rehabilitation and Child Welfare
- Produce accurate records in response to requests from the Attorney General's Office for legal matters
- Document and review requests for records, clarifying any unclear information with requesters
- Conduct thorough searches for hard copy and electronic records using various record-keeping systems
- Organize and catalog collected records in compliance with established standards
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Equivalent education and experience totaling six (6) years in records management, public disclosure, or customer service
- Two (2) years of experience as a Forms and Records Analyst 2
- Associate's degree in a related field AND four (4) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field AND two (2) years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license for operating a vehicle on official state business
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using FamLink, WACompass, ACT, ApplicationXtender, and other agency systems
- Knowledge of DCYF policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse internal and external customers
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
