As a virtual customer service representative, you will be responsible for catering to customer?? queries and resolving their concerns promptly. <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for the following: <ul> <li>Assisting customers with their queries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns</li> <li>Troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers while using Amazon?? products and services</li> <li>Providing accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone</li> <li>Identifying and escalating customer issues to relevant departments for prompt solutions</li> <li>Building rapport with customers and ensuring that their feedback is communicated to Amazon?? management team</li> <li>Adhering to Amazon?? customer service policies and processes at all times</li> </ul> <strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute</li> <li>Fluency in written and spoken English</li> <li>Previous customer service experience is an added advantage</li> <li>Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection</li> <li>Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li> </ul>
