Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing private practice. Our mission is to provide inclusive, compassionate care for individuals navigating infertility, as well as reproductive and perinatal mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy to individuals and groups, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. This role requires a strong understanding of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and parenting, and also effective communication skills and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Duties
? Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and parenting.
? Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
? Utilize evidence-based practices.
? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
? Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health counseling techniques and best practices, particularly related to perinatal mental health.

Requirements
? Master?s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
? Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) (Fully licensed only)
? PMH-C (preferred)
? Experience in mental health counseling, particularly in perinatal mental health.
? Familiarity with group therapy techniques and motivational interviewing strategies.
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
? Commitment to providing empathetic patient care while maintaining professional boundaries.
? Previous experience working with infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and parenting.
