Responsibilities
? Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
? Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
? Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respect among students.
? Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, providing constructive feedback.
? Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
? Support early intervention strategies for students who may require additional assistance.
? Provide literacy education that promotes reading and writing skills among students.
? Integrate library services into lesson plans to enhance research skills and encourage a love for reading.
? Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs.
? Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
? Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
? Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies.
? Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational administration practices.
? Ability to implement early intervention techniques effectively.
? Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, enabling support for diverse learners.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
? A genuine passion for teaching young children and fostering their academic growth.
