The Role:
The Senior Vice President of Workday Practice will establish and lead Core Education?s Workday practice, building it from the ground up into a high-impact, scalable business unit. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can define strategy, architect solutions, and execute plans that deliver measurable value to higher education institutions.
As the Senior Vice President of Core?s Workday Practice, you will design innovative service offerings, develop delivery frameworks, and build a top-tier team to help institutions modernize their digital ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with institutional CIOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders to implement transformative solutions that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and student success.

What You will Do:
? Establish and Scale the Workday Practice: Lead the development of Core?s Workday practice, including defining strategy, service offerings, delivery models, and operational frameworks.

Position Workday as a Strategic Solution: Collaborate with institutional leaders and with the Workday team to position Workday as a transformative solution, aligning its capabilities with their strategic goals and operational needs. Craft go-to-market strategies in partnership with Workday to expand its adoption across higher education institutions.
? Develop High-Impact Service Offerings: Design scalable, revenue-generating solutions including Workday implementation, optimization, managed services, and ongoing client support.
? Deliver Strategic Workday Solutions: Partner with institutional leaders to assess needs, craft tailored solutions and implement transformative Workday initiatives.
? Drive Practice Growth: Drive business development, client engagement, and revenue generation, ensuring the practice becomes a leading vertical within Core Education.
? Foster Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices for Workday delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and measurable ROI.
? Collaborate Across Core: Partner with Core?s business segments?Technology Solutions, Financial Solutions, and Revenue Solutions?to create integrated, cross-functional offerings that amplify institutional impact.
? Build a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Workday experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
? Expand Core?s Thought Leadership: Represent Core as an expert in Workday for higher education, contributing to industry events, publications, and client workshops.
