We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Learning Support Teacher to join our team in Chester, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, onsite position where you?ll work with elementary students in a dynamic, supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities: ? Develop lesson plans aligned with state and district standards. ? Drive instruction through formative assessments and differentiation. ? Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment. ? Collaborate with staff to create and implement effective strategies for student success. ? Complete all required PA clearances and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications: ? Active SPED Certification/Licensure required. ? Bachelor?s degree required to receive emergency teaching permit. ? Previous school-based experience is a must. ? Strong classroom and behavioral management skills required. ? Experience working in an urban setting is preferred. ? Ability to work in a district and location-specific setting.

Position Details:

? Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
? Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
