Key Responsibilities: ? Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities. ? Provide one-on-one or small-group academic support to students. ? Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. ? Support students with special needs or individualized learning plans (IEPs). ? Monitor and assist with classroom behavior management. ? Maintain accurate records of student progress and communication with the teaching team. ? Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements: ? Must hold an active Paraprofessional Certification in Illinois. ? Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred. ? Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. ? Passion for supporting student growth and success.
