Orem, Utah - K-12th Grade Special Education Teacher Job

This role is for the second semester and will last until the school year concludes.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in education and then master?s or Doctoral Degree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs ? SPED Teacher?s usually specialize or focus on teaching certain students (K-12th, Mild-Moderate Level Students, or even Severe Autistic students). These specifications may be listed as endorsements on their license. ? Often work with student evaluations: IEPs (Individualized Education Program/Plan) ? Must hold and Active Special Education State Teaching License ? VOCO: Must have State License, 2 Years of School Experience, and Education Certificate if required.

? Hours: Full Time & Part Time available
? Caseload Details: More details can be discussed during an interview.

Responsibilities: ? Collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. ? Providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, tailoring approaches to meet individual learning goals and needs. ? Assessing student progress, adapting curriculum materials, and implementing behavior management techniques to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
