Position: Special Education Teacher

Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Lillington, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with diverse learning needs and the ability to create an inclusive, supportive, and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. ? Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students. ? Collaborate with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success. ? Assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. ? Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and progress. ? Provide a safe and positive classroom environment.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Valid North Carolina teaching certification in Special Education ? Experience working with children with special needs preferred. ? Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. ? Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in the well-being and development of students.
