Are you passionate about providing inclusive education to students with special needs? We are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Swainsboro, GA. This full-time role allows you to make a significant difference in the lives of elementary students while creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Position Overview:
? Caseload: Elementary students with special needs
? Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
? Location: Onsite in Swainsboro, GA

Key Responsibilities: ? Offer personalized support to students with disabilities within a general education classroom. ? Work alongside general education teachers to ensure students? needs are met through appropriate accommodations and modifications. ? Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). ? Promote both academic success and social development for students. ? Maintain detailed records of student progress and report regularly.

Qualifications: ? Valid Georgia Special Education (SPED) License required ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education required ? Experience with elementary-aged students is preferred

Position Details:
? Classroom Setting: Elementary school (onsite)
? Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
? Compensation: Competitive weekly pay, commensurate with experience

? Contract Length: Initial contract for the current school year, with potential to extend through summer and into the 2024-2025 school year
