Vendor Relations Manager

? The Vendor Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with our vendors.
? This role ensures that our relationships are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives.

Requirements: ? Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. ? Proven ability to develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ? Proven track record in managing vendor contracts and agreements. ? Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. ? Ability to analyze and interpret vendor performance data. ? Proficiency in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Strong organizational and project management skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to travel up to 50% required for vendor site visits and meetings. ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or a similar role. ? Experience in budget management and cost control.
